Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@gvvinternational.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used, washed or damaged products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color or product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
