All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Delivery Timeline
We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available on select PIN codes)
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders below ₹999
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.

Non-Serviceable Areas
While we deliver to most PIN codes across India, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will notify you promptly and assist with an alternative solution or a full refund.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs (if applicable). We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
