Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days on eligible PIN codes

Delivery timelines can vary during peak sale periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information is shared through the registered contact details and can be used to follow the shipment with the courier partner.

Non-Serviceable PIN Codes

Some remote or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable. If an order cannot be delivered, our team will contact you regarding the available resolution.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs where applicable.
